Content on this site is general information about our API design and integration practice. It is not a binding offer until confirmed in a written statement of work.

Services

We provide project-based programming consulting. Scope, fees, milestones, and delivery dates are agreed individually before work begins. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, we grant you a licence to use deliverables created for you once fees for the relevant milestone are paid.

Your responsibilities

You will provide timely access to systems, documentation, and decision-makers needed for the agreed scope. Delays caused by missing inputs may shift timelines.

Fees and tax

Quoted fees are in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise. We are not GST-registered; prices we quote are not subject to GST unless we later confirm registration in writing.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections if applicable.
