Meridian API Consulting Pte. Ltd. offers paid programming consulting with fees agreed in writing before work starts. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for those engagements.

Eligibility

If you cancel within seven calendar days of signing the written confirmation and we have not started billable work, we refund fees paid for that engagement minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.

Work already performed

Once documented work on an agreed milestone has begun, fees attributed to that milestone are non-refundable. Partial completion is assessed against the statement of work, not hourly estimates alone.

Deposits

Deposits hold calendar capacity and are non-refundable after kickoff materials are delivered or internal staffing is committed, whichever occurs first.

How to request a refund

Email info@api-meridian.digital or call +65-6000-1901 with your company name, invoice reference, and reason. We respond within five business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days unless your bank requires longer.

Rescheduling

Workshop or review sessions may be rescheduled once with at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Late cancellations may forfeit the session fee as stated in your agreement.

Fair trading

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 where they apply.
