Meridian API Consulting Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through api-meridian.digital. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) as amended.

Data we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and message content. We also store your cookie consent choice in your browser’s local storage under a key prefixed with our domain. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site.

Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry data solely to respond to your request, prepare a proposal, and perform a contract if you engage us. Consent is obtained through your submission and, where applicable, performance of pre-contract steps. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing without separate consent.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after our last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for legal or accounting obligations. Cookie preference entries remain until you clear site data or change your choice via the banner.

Protection and transfers

Access is limited to staff and contractors who need it to respond. We host and process data within arrangements that provide reasonable security for a consulting practice. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, by contacting us at the channels below. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) in Singapore.

Data breach notification

If we assess a data breach as notifiable under PDPA, we will notify the PDPC as soon as practicable and no later than three calendar days after that assessment, and notify affected individuals where significant harm is likely.

Do Not Call

If you provide a Singapore telephone number, we will honour applicable Do Not Call Registry requirements before making telemarketing calls or sending marketing text messages.
